Scope and Provider These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services, digital products, and supplementary offerings provided by: International Institute for Consciousness Enlightenment Schönbrunner Straße 35/Top 6, 1050 Vienna, Austria Email: max@maxboller.com The provider operates as a non-profit association under Austrian association law. ⸻ 2. Services and Content The offering includes individually tailored coaching sessions (individual or group formats) as well as optional access to digital content or support (e.g., via WhatsApp or email). These services are intended to support personal development and do not replace therapy, medical treatment, or vocational/academic education. The provider does not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Responsibility for implementation and results lies solely with the client. ⸻ 3. Contract Formation The contract is concluded through individual agreement and written confirmation (in digital or physical form). Service provision begins only after full payment or receipt of the first installment in accordance with the agreed payment plan. ⸻ 4. Prices and Payment All prices are stated in euros and are net of VAT. As a non-profit association, the provider is exempt from VAT under § 6(1)(27) of the Austrian VAT Act (UStG). Payments are made in advance or according to an individually agreed installment plan. ⸻ 5. Right of Withdrawal and Waiver The client expressly agrees that the provider may begin delivering services before the end of the statutory withdrawal period. By concluding the contract, the client waives the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB). This regulation is communicated clearly and documented. ⸻ 6. Usage and Copyright All provided content (videos, audio, texts, PDFs, online access, etc.) is protected by copyright law. Content is intended exclusively for personal use and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or used publicly without explicit written consent from the provider. ⸻ 7. Disclaimer of Liability All offerings are provided as supportive tools for personal growth and self-development. No guarantees are made regarding the achievement of specific outcomes or transformations. Use of the content is at the client’s own risk. The provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. ⸻ 8. Data Protection Personal data is processed strictly in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy and is not shared without consent. The provider’s data protection guidelines can be accessed at any time on the official website. ⸻ 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Austrian law applies, excluding international conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, to the extent legally permissible. Any amendments or side agreements must be made in writing. ⸻ 10. Severability Clause If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by legally effective terms that most closely reflect the economic intent of the original clause.

Consent to Contact & Marketing Communication By entering into a contractual or pre-contractual relationship, you grant the provider the right to: • Contact you via email, telephone, or messenger for support, coordination, and service-related communication. • Send you optional promotional content (e.g., newsletters, offers, event invitations). • Retain your data in accordance with our privacy policy, unless you object or request deletion. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time without affecting your contractual services.

Cancellation Policy and Waiver of Liability

As a consumer, you are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB), starting from the conclusion of the contract. However, as the services offered are personalized coaching services, and you have explicitly requested that they begin immediately, you confirm by entering into this contract that: • the service will commence before the expiration of the statutory withdrawal period, and • you expressly and knowingly waive your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 356(5) BGB. This notice is provided for legal transparency and clarity. The waiver is legally required in order to begin the coaching relationship without delay.
